Setting up labour relations
We will help you to set up the terms and conditions of employment in your company so that you can make effective use of the possibilities offered by the Labour Code. We will prepare standard employment contracts and “managerial” contracts for senior employees, agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship, as well as internal regulations. We will assist you in terminating your employment relationship or in the event of an invalid termination. We will analyse compensation claims and prepare a payroll deduction agreement. We will represent you in proceedings before the Labour Inspectorate and other state authorities. We can also help with the protection of employees’ personal data and GDPR. We provide training for HR managers and employees.
