Public law forms a significant part of our agenda. We deal with administrative law, personal data protection and GDPR, and provide comprehensive legal services to municipalities. In the Czech Republic, we do not live in isolation from the outside world, and therefore we are often faced with solving legal problems with an overlap into European or international law.
One of our narrow specialisations is data protection and GDPR. We provide both partial legal consultations and complex projects in order to ensure the overall operation of the company in compliance with GDPR and related legislation. We also provide training on these issues.
We also provide comprehensive legal services to municipalities. Our clients include many municipalities and towns, and we have extensive experience with their needs and the issues they often face.
We also represent our clients in various types of administrative proceedings, as well as in proceedings before the Constitutional Court or the ECHR.
