The beginning of the law firm’s activity dates back to 1990, since when JUDr. Vladimír Muzikář has been practicing advocacy as an attorney-at-law. During the period of our activity, we have built up a wide client base, our clientele consists of major business companies, individual entrepreneurs and clients outside the business sector. Our aim in legal services provision is to attend to the client´s specific needs in the best possible way while maintaining to respect the client´s requirements. We bear in mind that for successful solution of our clients´practical cases the sole consideration of the lawyer´s point of view might sometimes not suffice; we take account of the practical aspects of the business as well as personal issues of the case and its other context. Our law firm deals with standard legal cases and everyday operational matters of our clients, as well as non-standard and very complicated legal cases. We also assist clients with the expansion of their business abroad in cooperation with foreign or international law firms. We also provide company training according to clients’ demands. We are insured against liability for damages arising in connection with our activity in the tens of millions of CZK. We provide legal services not only in Czech language, but also in English and German. Confidentiality in every aspect of our work remains the norm for us.
The background of our law firm
The background of our law firm is constituted of a team of professionals – attorneys, attorney trainees, managers, paralegals and other employees of the office. While providing legal services we utilize internal specialization of the attorneys and other lawyers in the office and then work with their mutual cooperation and substitutability. This approach enables us to guarantee promptness and continuality of legal services´ provision. The law firm has its premises in the representative buildings No. 13 and 15 on Havlíčkova street in Brno, close to the downtown with parking possibility.
