Debt collection
We provide a comprehensive debt collection service. Insolvency
We represent clients in insolvency proceedings, in particular when filing a creditor’s insolvency petition or filing a claim in insolvency proceedings, at a meeting of creditors and a review hearing or in communication with the insolvency administrator and the insolvency court. We will also represent you in incidental disputes.
